Gentlemen:
I have some important compliments for
your regarding your staff.
I recently had a new sliding door
with two stationary windows installed in my home. An outstanding job was
done by one and all but Jake stood head and shoulders above any one I
contracted with over the last 30 + years.
I have also signed the Maintenance
Agreement. My first opportunity to use these services was this past
Saturday. Marcin was so easy to work with and so very capable. He
earned my trust within the first hour. I hope to find him available for
my scheduled needs again. I spent the weekend raving about him and this
new service.
Evan Kane, the point of contact, not
only came to do introductions and make sure the work was as described, but he
stayed to assist me with a contractor my association had sent over to correct a
large error on their part. Evan heard how I was being addressed and gave
up part of his time to help bring my situation to a quick resolve. As a
single older woman, it was a great feeling of security to have Evan step in on
my behalf and help set this other contractor straight. Appreciated beyond
words.
I am very glad that I made the
decision to go with RGC. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for
any of my construction, replacement or maintenance needs.

you are represented even when you aren't looking!
