RGC'S Maintenance Program offers you a number of options designed to make your home ownership easier and your home safer, through expert seasonal inspections, upkeep, repair and maintenance. We know from experience that overlooking even the smallest details can cause your home significant damage. You owe it to yourself and your investment to put your home on a consistent maintenance program with RGC. We offer a number of packages for you to choose from, including:

• Comprehensive twice-a-year inspections
  Your home would be inspected and maintained twice a year. We will adjust damper setting on the HVAC system; change filters and burned out light bulbs; adjust humidifiers; clean gutters and window wells, inspect caulking, roof, and sump pump, tighten faucets, adjust doors and cabinetry.
• Our "HANDYMAN To Do List" 
  Included with each maintenance visit are 8 hours of handyman services for things like hanging pictures and shelves, touching up paint, yard work, organizing your garage, and more.
• Year-round and additional maintenance services
  Year-round "maintenance free" living is also available through RGC's Maintenance Program. Plus, we also offer on demand maintenance and handyman services.
