Imagine your home or business has just been hit by a devastating fire. In addition to being catastrophically displaced you're faced with the realization that the items vital to your business or day to day life have been damaged or destroyed. RGC and their team are ready and equipped to help you through this stressful time, and to salvage as many of your precious belongings as possible.

After any immediate danger has been averted, RGC will come and work with you to restore your belongings back to their pre-disaster condition. Of utmost importance are those items which to you are irreplaceable - family heirlooms and photos, priceless works of art, items that have immense sentimental value - only you know which items in your home or business are irreplaceable.

Once your irreplaceable items are identified and secured, the team will walk through the home or business with you to find which items are salvageable. All items are carefully inventoried, assigned a bar code and boxed for transport back to RGC'S work space for secure storage and restoration. Each item is closely tracked through the restoration process. At any moment the team at RGC can locate any or all of your articles in the warehouse and tell you whether they have been cleaned, whether they are in the ozone room mitigating smoke damage, or whether they are still crated awaiting cleaning.

When your home or business has been structurally repaired the crew carefully transports all your belongings back to your home. Once things are put back in place your home will feel just as it did before disaster struck.

This process is not limited to palpable items. The RGC team will work to dry documents, recover files from damaged computers and recapture information from electronic equipment.
